Cycle Pump

A high intensity workout that combines two classes. 30 minutes of spinning are performed followed by 30 minutes of Y-pump. Participants will be led through the stationary bike techniques and continue with weighted bar aerobics techniques to get a total body workout. Class meets Monday and Wednesday at 4pm - 5pm.
