TAI CHI

This class consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. Tai Chi is a suitable exercise for just about anyone. The movements have been shown to improve pain, stiffness, concentration, balance, posture, and heart and lung function. Class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-11am (beginning April 5th). Instructor is Tim Wall.
