Qualified fitness trainers will lead you through a one-on-one workout. You will get personal attention throughout each session to ensure you perform all exercises safely and effectively. Personal training incorporates weight training, aerobic conditioning, plyometric exercises and sports conditioning. Personal training sessions are designed to meet your goals and progressively increase your fitness level. Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Fitness Orientations with one of our Health Coaches may be completed for free or a Fitness Consult can be completed for $20 (includes two additional meetings with a health coach).
