Y Pump

A weight based group fitness program. This class is performed using barbells, plate weights, and an aerobic step. A combination of compound and isolation-based exercised are incorporated to exercise every major muscle group. Class meets on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm and Sunday at 2:00pm in the YMCA MultiPurpose Room. Instructor is Cindy Hart.
