Beginner Y Pump

A weight based group fitness program. This beginnerís class is performed using barbells, plate weights, and an aerobic step. A combination of compound and isolation-based exercised are incorporated to exercise every major muscle group. Class meets on Tues and Thurs evenings at 6pm.
