Channel your inner rock star with this full-body jam session. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an exhilarating workout combining cardio and strength with yoga and pilates-inspired movements so you can rockout your workout. Class meets Tues and Thurs at 7:00pm in the Aerobics Room beginning February 12th. Instructor: Ebony Jackson
