Group Exercise Classes

Just Weights (formerly Crossfire)

Formerly Crossfire, this class focuses on upper and lower body strength training using a variety of weights, including your own body weight. Intensity can be adjusted for all fitness levels. Classes meet Mon and Wed at 5:00am in the Main Gym and Mon, Wed, and Fri at 8:30am in the Aerobics Room. Instructors: Jeff Williams and Elissa Douglass
