Group Exercise Classes

Beginner Yoga

Introduces participants to breathing techniques and yoga poses while helping to build strength and improve posture, flexibility, and balance. This 12-week class will be offered Jan 8th-March 28th. Classes meet Tues and Thurs 6:00-6:30 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room. Instructor: Cindy Hart.
