Yoga/Hard Core Yoga

Class incorporates techniques used in yoga and pilates. This class incorporates stretching and core exercises. Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm–7:15pm and Monday from 11am-12pm and Thursday at 9am-10am. This is a multi level class that can be modified for beginners.
