The Y is all about making kids strong inside and out. Geared for 10-14 year olds, this program is designed to build strength, muscular endurance, and confidence in a fun, encouraging environment. Our Certified Personal Trainer will teach proper techniques and form while emphasizing the importance of strength training in an overall exercise program.

$40 for members, $60 for non-members
