Strong Women Strength & Resistance Training Program

Develop a stronger body, increase your energy, and improve your health, whatever your age or fitness level. Strong Women is designed to build muscular strength, endurance, and confidence in a fun, encouraging environment. Our female Certified Personal Trainer will teach proper technique and form while emphasizing the benefits of strength and resistance training in an overall exercise program. Registration: August 11th-September 1st. Program Dates: September 4th-30th. Days & Time: Mondays & Wednesdays 4:00-4:50pm. Instructor: Trish Hayton
